‘I finally found the time and peace to read the book. It’s a beautiful book. Your heart and soul are truly in it.  Just keep putting it out there…………it will find its home in the hearts and souls of all those who need it.  Thank you for sharing it with me ‘

A Child Unheard ‘is a wonderful collection of poems filled with the emotions of life we so often don’t want to pay attention to, but should. These are the building blocks of life as we know it and are part of what makes us human and alive. Feelings, struggles and triumphs captured with amazing drawings and pictures, this book is a great addition to any families library. ‘

David Russell’s poems beautifully portray his first hand experiences and address issues that face many children and adults today. The introductions and side panels, by David Horchover, provide meaningful principles and compelling applications for schools, counsellors, churches and other charities. This book has world wide significance in helping a child prepare for a positive future or an adult re-examine their life path.

It arrived this morning and I can hardly put it down – it’s beautiful, thank you a truly special gift.

An amazing, captivating and magical read for both adults and children.
Each and every poem can be related to almost every aspect of our lives; past, future or present.

Truly it is a book that can allow one to reflect, appreciated and sometimes even understand hurt, pain and anguish; and most importantly is a book that shines the light in a forward direction for the reader to really feel alive once again, to grow and to heal.

I was reading the end of your book about Lost Father's and it really touched me in a way I don't understand. It upset me a little because it made me think about my dad and I had just seen him and it made me miss him a bit. But I was just amazed it was like someone had written about me and my sadness on my father and it felt like I was reading my dads diary or what I assume it would be like (if he had one) and you said his healing would come through his children but I ve been seeing him for 2 months now. I had been seeing him every weekend 2 weeks before I read it but now even though my parents have split up I feel better now....

David, book has arrived it is quite simply beautiful, think it looks great. You have a bestseller on your hands.

I have just read what Dec has typed and I had no idea that he felt like this about your book. I know he really misses his Dad and would give anything to see us back together but he realizes that it will never be. It’s nice that he’s found something that he can relate to – thank you!
